What we collect
When you use our contact form we collect your name, the email or phone number you provide, the reason for your message and the message itself. We also keep a one-way hash of your IP address so we can spot abuse — we never see the IP directly.
Why we collect it
We use this information only to reply to your inquiry and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell, share or trade your details with anyone.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept while they are useful (typically up to two years) and then archived or deleted. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Where it lives
Information is stored in our secure Lovable Cloud database. Only members of the Men's Sheds team with an admin login can read your messages.
